Our deep cleaning service offers a thorough and detailed cleaning experience. Targeting all those hard-to-reach areas, this package is perfect for homes needing an in-depth cleaning solution to ensure ultimate hygiene and comfort. Disclaimer: Minimum of 2 hours booking required ALLEVIATE CLEANING SERVICES – BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY Minimum Booking Requirement Alleviate Cleaning Services has a minimum service booking of two (2) hours for all residential and commercial cleaning services. Bookings requiring less than two hours will be charged at the minimum two-hour service rate. Cancellations & Rescheduling To ensure fairness to our staff and clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling request. Cancellations made with more than 7 days' notice will incur no fee. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service cost. If our team arrives at the scheduled service location and access is unavailable, the booking may be charged in full. Repeated late cancellations may result in future bookings requiring prepayment. Access to Property Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time. Delays caused by inaccessible premises may reduce the cleaning time available without adjustment to the booking fee. Public Holidays Services booked on public holidays may attract additional charges. These charges will be advised at the time of booking. Health & Safety Our staff reserve the right to refuse or cease cleaning services where there are unsafe working conditions, hazardous materials, aggressive behaviour, or situations that may place staff at risk. By booking a service with Alleviate Cleaning Services, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms and conditions. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy "Cleaning with Care, Quality and Trust" ________________________________________ Purpose Alleviate Cleaners is committed to providing reliable, high-quality services to all clients. Scheduled services require dedicated staffing, planning, and resource allocation. This policy outlines the requirements for cancelling, rescheduling, or reducing booked services. ________________________________________ Cancellation Policy To ensure continuity of services and fairness to both clients and staff, Alleviate Cleaners requires a minimum of seven (7) clear days' notice for the cancellation, rescheduling, or reduction of any scheduled service. ________________________________________ Cancellation Charges Where less than seven (7) clear days' notice is provided, the client will be responsible for 100% of the scheduled service fee. This applies to all services provided by Alleviate Cleaners, including but not limited to: • Cleaning and Domestic Services • Deep Cleaning Services • Bond Cleaning • Commercial Cleaning • NDIS Cleaning Supports • Home Maintenance Services • Respite and Support Services • Community Access Supports • Transport Supports • Any other scheduled services provided by Alleviate Cleaners ________________________________________ Short Notice Cancellations A full charge will apply where: • A service is cancelled with less than seven (7) days' notice. • The client is unavailable at the scheduled service time. • Access to the property is not provided. • The client chooses not to proceed with the scheduled service. • The client does not attend a scheduled appointment. • Staff arrive and the service cannot proceed due to circumstances within the client's control. Where services are NDIS funded, Alleviate Cleaners reserves the right to claim the applicable cancellation fee in accordance with the participant's Service Agreement and current NDIS Pricing Arrangements where permitted. ________________________________________ Emergency Circumstances Alleviate Cleaners acknowledges that genuine emergencies may occur. Requests for a waiver of cancellation fees due to exceptional circumstances may be considered at the sole discretion of management and may require supporting documentation. Examples may include: • Serious medical emergencies • Hospitalisation • Natural disasters • Death of an immediate family member Approval of fee waivers is not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
